Remedies for Dry Skin:

✅ Consume foods rich in vitamins to nourish the skin from the inside out, such as bananas, kiwis, sweet peppers, and broccoli.

✅ Use a moisturizer after cleansing or showering to replenish moisture and improve water retention in the skin.

✅ Use gentle facial care products suitable for dry skin.

✅ Avoid using very hot water when washing your face, as it can strip away skin oils. Instead, use lukewarm water.

✅ Apply sunscreen every time you go out, as UV rays weaken our skin's protective barrier. Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
